Teri Y. Reaves is the Director of Strategic Business Development for Fairfax EggBank. In this role, she is responsible for the relationship management of Fairfax EggBank’s 350+ affiliated IVF clinic partners throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Israel, and the Caribbean as well as the organization’s strategic non-clinical partnerships.
With more than 20 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience, Teri joined Fairfax EggBank in 2018 with a keen knowledge of consultative sales and business development. Teri’s professional leadership experience includes multiple healthcare fields including hospital administration, organ donation & transplantation, private practice, ambulatory surgery centers and pharmaceutical sales. Teri is very passionate about dispelling myths, misconceptions and removing stigmas associated with fertility/infertility and eliminating health care disparities among people of color.
Teri is a graduate of the University of Virginia and attended Howard University College of Medicine. Teri resides in Northern Virginia and is a member of The Links, Incorporated®, The Society, Incorporated and she is an active Silver Star/Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
